Mobitel prepaid upahara package is one of the spaecial budgest package among prepaid users. In every month you can use 1000 MIN free caller time and 1000 SMS for any Mobitel or landlines numbers. You have to reload 360/- for activation of this Upahara package in once a month. In this package, Call and message rates will be the normal rates for other networks ( Rs.1.50+vat 49% = Rs. 2.24/= for 1MIN). You can activate any prepaid data package as you like. If you finished free Mins or SMS before complete the month, you cannot re activate package agin and you have to wait until finish the month.
